What we collect

When you use our quote form, we process the industry and location you enter to search Google's Places data. These searches don't contain personal data about you.

When you complete a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details to process the order. We receive your email address from Stripe so we can deliver your report and send a copy by email. We never see or store your card details.

To personalise the example shown on our homepage, your browser sends your IP address to a third-party geolocation service (ipapi.co) so we can show businesses near you. We don't store this.

When you use our free SEO Outreach Email Generator tool and choose to enter your email address to unlock further generations, we collect that address with your consent. We use it to send you occasional tips and updates from Fludi Leads. This is entirely voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing sales@hempsalldigital.co.uk.

• To deliver your purchased leads on screen and by email, via Resend
• To respond if you contact us
• To send occasional tips and updates, if you gave us your email address via one of our free tools and consented to hear from us

Who we share it with

We share data with the following processors, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Supabase, for hosting our order records
• Resend, for sending transactional emails
• Google Analytics, for measuring site usage (only if you accept cookies; cookieless modelled data is sent regardless)
• Google Places API, for sourcing business lead data (no personal data about you is sent to Google)
• ipapi.co, for IP-based location lookup used to personalise the homepage
• Anthropic, for AI-powered email generation in our free SEO Outreach Email Generator tool. The URL and scan findings you provide are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the email copy. No personal data about you as the user is included in these requests.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your email address, for as long as necessary for accounting, fraud prevention and customer support purposes, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@hempsalldigital.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) only if you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics still receives anonymous, cookieless pings that cannot be used to identify you.

You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

Stripe's hosted checkout page may set its own cookies, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
